30-day returns on all products

You can request a return of unused products within 30 days after delivery of the last item in your order. This applies to all products, including Morning Skin Sets purchased at the bundle price. Please keep the original packaging where possible and provide your order number or another proof of purchase.

Cancel or return an order online, or email hi@wakey.care with your name, order number and the items you want to return. We will help with return instructions. Contacting us is not a requirement to obtain approval before exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you buy online as an EU consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the last item in your order. Our 30-day return promise is additional to these statutory rights.

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before the statutory deadline, using the online order link above, email or the model form below. You do not have to use the form. Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you wish to withdraw.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing original packaging does not by itself remove your statutory withdrawal right.

Return shipping and refunds

You pay the direct cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. There is no restocking fee.

For statutory withdrawals, we reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option when you withdraw from the whole order, within 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

We refund to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Refunds under our additional 30-day return promise follow the same timing and method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email hi@wakey.care if something is faulty, damaged or not as described. Your statutory rights to an appropriate remedy are unaffected by our 30-day return window or the condition that products be unused.
