What is your return policy?
You can request a return of unused products within 30 days after delivery of the last item in your order. This applies to all products, including Morning Skin Sets purchased at the bundle price. Natural Deodorant
Can your deodorant be used on sensitive skin?
Yes! We don’t use baking soda in our deodorant.
Why switch to natural deodorant?
Mostly because you want one that works without aluminum or baking soda. This one keeps odor in check for 24 hours and comes in plastic-free compostable carton packaging.
Is there an adjustment period?
Maybe. If you are switching from antiperspirant, give your skin a week or two to settle. Apply 2-3 swipes to clean, dry skin and let it dry before getting dressed.
How to use
Simply apply 2-3 swipes to each armpit, and you are good to go. Make sure to cover the entire area and allow the product to dry before getting dressed.

Cleansing Balm + Mask 2-in-1
Can the Cleansing Balm + Mask 2-in-1 be used on sensitive skin?
The balm contains fragrance and may not suit every sensitive skin. Check the full ingredient list before choosing it, especially if your skin reacts to fragrance. Need help finding an ingredient? Email hi@wakey.care.
How do I use it as a cleanser?
Massage a small amount onto your face and neck. Add water and massage until the balm turns into a light cleansing milk, then rinse.
How often can I use it as a mask?
Use it 2 to 3 times a week. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse.
What gives the balm its natural orange colour?
Astaxanthin gives the balm its naturally vibrant orange colour.
How it smells
Citrus forward. Orange, lime and lemon up front, with cedarwood, petitgrain, geranium, rosemary and pink pepper underneath. The balm contains a fragrance blend of essential oils.

Is the Hydrating Toner suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Orchid root extract helps soothe sensitive skin and support the skin barrier.
How do I use the Hydrating Toner?
Spritz onto cleansed skin and gently press in with your fingertips, or let it absorb naturally.

Yes. There is no added fragrance. Its subtle sweetness comes naturally from the orchid root extract.

Yes. The basic routine takes around four minutes. If you have more time, leave the cleansing balm on for 20 minutes as a mask. Four minutes or twenty, your skin is ready for the day.
